Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. In the case of receipt of damaged products we will consider a exchange of the same product. If an item may be considered defective, please email indicating your Name, Order Number, and a photo and video of the product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by, you will be eligible for a replacement of the product.
